Using the same form, please kindly indicate whether you would like to send in your valuables through the mail or by making an appointment at one of our two offices located in Bergenfield, NJ, or New York City.
If you’ve opted for our mail-in option, our team will send you a complimentary FedEx priority overnight shipping envelope so you can ship us your item(s) free of charge.
Once we’ve received your valuables, we’ll have our jewelry experts examine your valuables to determine the best possible price for you based on the current market value.
After we’ve evaluated your valuables, we will contact you by phone or email to inform you of our offer. Should you choose to accept our offer, we will send your check in the mail the next day. If you decide to keep your valuables, we will send them back to you free of charge, with insurance.
